Install the recommended type and value of grease in the planetary reducer. The planetary reducer is lubricated with lubricating oil. Before operation, inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the planetary reducer. The viscosity of the lubricating oil is selected according to the following list. Planetary reducers are usually equipped with oil injection holes and oil drain plugs. Therefore, the installation position is specified when ordering the planetary reducer. The following table lists the recommended brands and models of lubricants for general applications.

The working oil temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
The combined planetary reducer with lifelong lubrication is filled with synthetic oil in the manufacturer. In addition, the planetary reducer is usually supplied without lubricating oil, with oil injection plug and oil drain plug. The quantities of lubricating oil for planetary gearheads listed in this sample are estimates only. Set the position of the oil level plug according to the installation position specified when ordering to ensure correct oil filling. The oil filling amount of the reducer should be determined according to different installation methods. If the transmission power exceeds the heat capacity of the reducer, provide an external cooling device.
The planetary reducer includes single-stage, double-stage and three-stage transmission, with 12 machine seats, 27 models and 58 speed ratios, which can form 498 reducers of different specifications.
This reducer is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation, petrochemical, coal energy, cement building materials, engineering building materials, engineering construction and other industries. It can also be used in light industry and textile, water conservancy and hydropower and other sectors for deceleration or growth transmission.
The peripheral speed of the gear transmission of the reducer shall not exceed 10 m/s.
The input shaft speed is not higher than 1500 r/min.
The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 ℃- 45 ℃.
The reducer can be used for positive and negative operation.
