Overview
This product is according to the national standard JB/8853-2001 production of external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducer, product optimization design, with the international level of the eighties.
This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors.
The scope of application of the reducer is as follows:
1. The speed of the high-speed shaft is not more than 1500 r/min.
2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission is not more than 20 m/s.
3. The working environment temperature is -40~45 ℃. If it is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for running in both positive and negative directions.

1. Wide reduction ratio range: the nominal speed ratio is 1.25~5.6. The double level is 6.3~20, the third level is 22.4~100, and the fourth level is 100~500.
2. High mechanical transmission efficiency: single stage is more than 96.5, double stage is more than 93%, three stage is more than 90%, and four stage is more than 85%.
3. Smooth operation, low noise.
