<1> The purpose, performance characteristics and model marks of the reducer
1.1 Uses
The conical cylindrical gear reducer (hereinafter referred to as the reducer) is used for the transmission device in which the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged in a vertical direction. Mainly used for belt conveyor and all kinds of transport machinery, can also be used in coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, petroleum and other general machinery transmission mechanism.

1.3 parameter range
DBY, DBYK, DBZ type reducer each have 12 kinds of specifications, the nominal center distance is: 160,180,200,224,250,280,315,355,400,450,500,560mm; each specification has 5 kinds of transmission ratio (8,10,11.2,12.5,14), two kinds of rotation, four kinds of assembly type, respectively, composed of 240 reducer.
DCY, DCYK and DCZ reducers each have 15 specifications, with a nominal center distance of 160,180,200,224,250,280,315,355, 400,450,500,560,630,710,800mm; Each specification has 11 transmission ratios (16,18,20,22.4,25,28,31.5,35.5,40,45,50), two rotation directions and four assembly types, which respectively form 660 reducers.
DFY, DFYK type reducer has 14 kinds of specifications, the nominal center distance is: 160,180,200,225,250,280,320,360,400,450,500,560,630,710mm; each specification has 15 kinds of transmission ratio (100,112,125,140,160,180,200,224,250,280,315,355,400,450,500),
Among them, DFY type reducer has two kinds of rotation, three kinds of assembly type, can be composed of 630 kinds of reducer.
DFYK type reducer has two kinds of rotation, two kinds of assembly type, can be composed of 420 kinds of reducer.
This reducer series can meet the TD type and DX type belt conveyor and other transport machinery all the power requirements and 0.2~6.5 m/s belt speed range.
1.4 structure
The first stage of the reducer is Gleason spiral bevel gear, and the second and third stage are involute cylindrical helical gears.
Lubrication of the reducer: Under normal circumstances, the gears and bearings of the reducer are lubricated by pool splash and cooled naturally. Only when the working equilibrium temperature of the reducer exceeds the specified value, or the carrying power exceeds the thermal power PG, can circulating lubrication be adopted, or oil pool lubrication with cooling pipe is adopted.
1.5 model and logo
The type of reducer consists of type code, nominal center distance a (final stage center distance), nominal transmission ratio, assembly type code and input shaft rotation direction code,
D belt conveyor type group code, B -1 secondary transmission, c -1 tertiary transmission, y -1 hardened gear, z -1 hardened gear, k -1 output shaft is in the form of hollow shaft.
Nominal center distance: expressed in actual numbers, in mm
Transmission ratio: expressed by nominal transmission ratio.
Assembly form: represented by Roman numerals I II III IV.
Rotation direction of the input shaft: looking at the direction of the input shaft, S is clockwise and N is counterclockwise.
